Property Maintenance in North East Adelaide

Repairs, upkeep and recurring property tasks for owners, landlords and property managers.

5.0 out of 5 stars from 17 Google reviews (opens in a new tab)

One call. Property sorted. Instead of chasing three different trades for three small jobs, call one team that turns up on time and gets it done.

We’re backed by real trade experience, including qualified plumbing experience, so the job is done properly the first time.

Built for property managers and landlords

Rental properties need a contractor who answers, turns up, sends photos and invoices properly. We handle routine maintenance, tenant-reported fixes, and clean-ups between tenancies across the north-east.

Pair maintenance with our waste removal and you’ve got one contact for vacate clean-ups, rubbish left behind and the repairs found at the final inspection.

Getting a property ready for sale

First impressions sell homes. We tidy gardens, spread fresh mulch, clear out sheds and garages, fix the small things buyers notice and remove anything that clutters the photos.

Who uses our maintenance service

Homeowners use us for the jobs that sit on the list for months: the sticking door, the loose fence paling, the garden that needs a proper tidy. Older residents use us for upkeep they’d rather not climb ladders for. Landlords and property managers use us to keep rentals in good order between inspections and to turn properties around between tenants.

Because the same team also handles rubbish removal and garden clean-ups, a single visit can cover the repairs, the yard and the junk. That saves you time, coordination and the cost of booking several separate trades.

Local and easy to reach

We’re based in North East Adelaide and work across the Tea Tree Gully, Salisbury and Playford areas. Being local means quicker response times, easier access visits for tenants and a team that knows the area.

Local Know-How

Property Maintenance in Adelaide: what to know

South Australia has its own rules for what can go to landfill and what has to be recycled. Here’s what matters for this kind of job.

Free drop-off for paint and chemicals

Paint, household chemicals, oils and gas bottles can’t go in a trailer load or a bin. NAWMA’s Edinburgh North Resource Recovery Centre and the Campbelltown Works Depot on Newton Road both take household chemicals, gas bottles and liquid paint free under the Green Industries SA and Paintback schemes.

Green waste options around the north-east

Tea Tree Gully residents can use the council’s free Enviro Care green waste drop-off days at St Agnes, and Salisbury households can book a free spring garden organics voucher for a NAWMA centre. For a big prune or overgrown yard that’s more than a bin or a trailer trip, a green waste removal clears it in one visit.

Asbestos needs a licensed removalist

In South Australia, a licence is required to remove more than 10 square metres of bonded (non-friable) asbestos, friable asbestos always needs a licensed removalist, and a licensed removalist is recommended for any amount. Homes, sheds and fences built before 1990 can contain asbestos cement sheeting — have it tested before demolition. We don’t remove asbestos, but we’ll clear everything else once it’s gone.

Our Process

How a property maintenance job works

No guesswork and no surprises. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you get in touch to the moment we drive away.

  1. 01

    Send your list

Whether it’s one small fix or a page of jobs, send us the list with photos where possible. Property managers can send the address, access details and tenant contact.

  2. 02

    Clear quote and scope

We confirm exactly what we’ll do and what it will cost. If a job needs a specific licensed trade, we tell you upfront rather than attempt it.

  3. 03

    Book in and confirm access

We arrange a time with you or your tenant and confirm the day before, so nobody is left waiting at home.

  4. 04

    Do the work properly

Repairs are done to last, using the right materials — backed by real trade experience, including qualified plumbing experience.

  5. 05

    Clean up and check

We tidy up after ourselves, remove any old parts or packaging and check the work with you or send photos if you’re not there.

  6. 06

    Report and invoice

You get a clear invoice with our ABN, and for rentals, photos of the completed work to pass on to the owner.

Transparent Pricing

Upfront prices, explained

Small maintenance jobs are quoted upfront once we understand the scope. For a list of tasks, we price the whole list together, which is usually better value than calling out separate trades for each item.

The quote spells out what’s included. If we uncover something unexpected — a rotten board behind a loose one, a worn part that needs replacing — we stop, explain and price it before going any further.

For landlords and property managers, regular or recurring maintenance can be booked at an agreed price per visit, which makes budgeting simple.

What affects the price

  • Number and type of tasks
  • Materials and parts required
  • Access and travel within the property
  • One-off versus recurring visits

Pay by card, cash, bank transfer or Afterpay. Every job comes with a tax invoice.

How We Work

Professional on every job

Being trusted inside someone’s home or rental property is something we take seriously. We’re punctual, polite with tenants and owners, and leave the property clean and secure.

We’re upfront about what we do and don’t do. Where a job legally needs a licensed electrician or gas fitter, we’ll tell you, rather than take on work outside our scope.

  • Scope and price agreed before work starts
  • Day-before confirmation of access
  • Work area cleaned up
  • Photos of completed work for rentals
  • Honest about what needs another licensed trade

Book a Job

Get a fast, upfront price

Send us the job details and we’ll come back with a straight price before anything is booked in. Here’s what helps us quote quickly:

  • Send a few photos

Photos are the fastest way for us to give you an accurate, upfront price.

  • Tell us roughly how much

A trailer load, a garage full, a whole yard — a rough idea helps.

  • Mention access

Stairs, narrow side paths or no driveway access? Let us know upfront.

  • Say when suits

Give us a preferred day or time and we’ll confirm what we can do.

FAQ

Property Maintenance FAQs

Can't see your question? Send us the job details and we'll get back to you.

What kind of repairs do you do?

General repairs and small trade jobs — fixing, replacing and tidying up around the property. If a job needs a specific licensed trade we’ll tell you straight.

Do you work with property managers?

Yes. We work for landlords and agencies across North East Adelaide with routine and between-tenancy maintenance.

Can you do regular maintenance?

Yes — weekly, monthly or seasonal visits for gardens, gutters, general upkeep and inspections.

Can you deal directly with my tenants?

Yes. Give us the tenant’s contact details and we’ll arrange access with them and keep you updated.

Is there a minimum job size for maintenance?

No. One small fix is fine, though grouping a few jobs into one visit is usually better value.

Can you combine maintenance with rubbish removal?

Yes — that’s one of the main reasons people use us. Repairs, garden tidy-ups and rubbish removal can all happen in one visit.
