Our Story
One call. Property sorted.
North-Eastern Property Solutions exists for the jobs that pile up around a property — the junk, the green waste, the builders’ mess and the small repairs that never get done. People in Adelaide’s north-east needed someone dependable to call for all of it.
Run by James and backed by real trade experience — including qualified plumbing experience — we handle waste removal, construction clean ups and property maintenance under one roof. That means homeowners, landlords, property managers and builders get one reliable contact instead of chasing three different trades.
We’re local to North East Adelaide and work right across the Tea Tree Gully, Salisbury and Playford areas. Every before-and-after photo on this site is one of our own jobs.

What We Do
Three services, one contact
Most property jobs don’t fit neatly into one trade. A rental turnover might need furniture removed, a yard cleared and a dripping tap fixed. A renovation leaves plasterboard offcuts, an old kitchen and a garden full of builders’ rubble. We cover all of it so you only have to explain the job once.
Waste removal
Household junk, furniture and mattresses, appliances, green waste, garage and shed clean-outs, and commercial rubbish. We load everything ourselves — from the backyard, the shed or inside the house — and sort green waste, scrap metal and cardboard for recycling as we go. See waste removal.
Construction clean ups
Site clean ups during and after a build, renovation waste removal and light demolition such as old sheds and pergolas. Builders get a site that’s ready for the next trade or for handover. See construction clean ups.
