Construction Clean Ups in North East Adelaide

Builders waste, renovation rubbish and pre-handover clean ups — site left tidy and ready to hand over.

5.0 out of 5 stars from 17 Google reviews (opens in a new tab)

A tidy site is a safer, faster site. We clear the waste so your trades can keep working and your handover goes smoothly.

With new estates going up in Blakeview, Munno Para, Evanston and across the north, plus renovations right through Tea Tree Gully and Modbury, we know what a busy build looks like.

For builders and trades

Book us for a one-off clean before inspection or handover, or set up regular visits through the build. We load from wherever the waste is — inside the frame, the yard or the verge — and leave it clean.

We turn up when we say we will. That matters when your schedule depends on it.

For homeowners renovating

Pulled out the old kitchen or bathroom? We’ll remove the cabinets, tiles, plasterboard and packaging so you’re ready for the next stage — without a skip taking up the driveway.

Asbestos and hazardous materials

We don’t remove asbestos or hazardous materials. In South Australia asbestos must be handled by a licensed removalist. If you suspect asbestos — common in homes built before 1990 — have it tested and removed first, then we’ll clear the rest.

Why a clean site matters

Offcuts, nails and loose packaging aren’t just untidy — they’re trip hazards and they slow trades down. A cluttered site also makes a poor impression on clients visiting to check progress. Regular clean-ups keep the site safer, help each trade start on time and make the final handover far less stressful.

Northern growth areas

With new estates going up across Blakeview, Munno Para, Andrews Farm and Evanston, and steady renovation work through the Tea Tree Gully, Salisbury and Modbury areas, there’s constant demand for reliable site clean-ups in the north. We’re local, so we can get to sites quickly and fit in around build programmes.

Construction Clean Ups across North East Adelaide

We cover the whole north-east and north — including Golden Grove, Greenwith, Wynn Vale, Tea Tree Gully, Banksia Park, Fairview Park, Ridgehaven, Modbury, Highbury and Hope Valley. See all areas we service.

Local Know-How

Construction Clean Ups in Adelaide: what to know

South Australia has its own rules for what can go to landfill and what has to be recycled. Here’s what matters for this kind of job.

Asbestos needs a licensed removalist

In South Australia, a licence is required to remove more than 10 square metres of bonded (non-friable) asbestos, friable asbestos always needs a licensed removalist, and a licensed removalist is recommended for any amount. Homes, sheds and fences built before 1990 can contain asbestos cement sheeting — have it tested before demolition. We don’t remove asbestos, but we’ll clear everything else once it’s gone.

SA’s waste levy rewards recycling

Every tonne of rubbish landfilled in metropolitan Adelaide attracts the EPA’s solid waste levy — $171 a tonne in 2026–27, paid by the disposal site and passed on in tip fees. Sorting green waste, metal and cardboard out of a load keeps it out of landfill, which is better for the environment and helps keep your price down.

Free drop-off for paint and chemicals

Paint, household chemicals, oils and gas bottles can’t go in a trailer load or a bin. NAWMA’s Edinburgh North Resource Recovery Centre and the Campbelltown Works Depot on Newton Road both take household chemicals, gas bottles and liquid paint free under the Green Industries SA and Paintback schemes.

Our Process

How a construction clean ups job works

No guesswork and no surprises. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you get in touch to the moment we drive away.

  1. 01

    Site details and stage

Tell us the address, the build stage (frame, lock-up, fit-off, handover) and the type of waste. Photos or a quick site walk help us quote accurately.

  2. 02

    Clear quote, one-off or scheduled

We price a single clean, or a per-visit rate for regular clean-ups through the build, so the site waste cost is known from the start.

  3. 03

    Arrive on schedule

Trades depend on the site being clear. We turn up when booked and work around other trades on site rather than holding them up.

  4. 04

    Remove and separate

Offcuts, plasterboard, packaging and rubble are loaded and separated where practical — timber, metals and cardboard from general waste.

  5. 05

    Sweep and tidy

Floors are swept, the yard and verge cleared and the site left safe and presentable for the next trade, an inspection or the client walk-through.

  6. 06

Invoice per job or per visit

Tax invoices with our ABN, itemised by visit or stage if that helps your job costing.

Transparent Pricing

Upfront prices, explained

Construction waste is priced on volume and material. Light packaging and offcuts are straightforward; bricks, concrete, tiles and soil are heavy and attract weight-based tip fees, so we price them accordingly.

For builders, scheduled visits often work out cheaper than a skip sitting on site for weeks — and there’s no skip permit, no overfill fees and no bin taking up room on a tight block.

Quotes cover loading, transport and disposal. If the waste on the day is significantly different from what was described, we’ll confirm a revised price before loading.

What affects the price

  • Volume of site waste
  • Heavy inert materials (concrete, bricks, tiles, soil)
  • One-off clean versus scheduled visits
  • Access on site and on the street

Pay by card, cash, bank transfer or Afterpay. Every job comes with a tax invoice.

How We Work

Professional on every job

A construction site has its own rules. We follow site safety requirements, wear appropriate PPE and stay clear of other trades’ work areas while we clean.

We don’t handle asbestos or hazardous materials — in South Australia asbestos must be removed by a licensed removalist. If we find suspect material, we stop and let you know rather than disturb it.

  • Site safety rules followed
  • Work around other trades
  • Timber, metal and cardboard separated
  • Site swept and left inspection-ready
  • Suspect asbestos left undisturbed and reported

FAQ

Construction Clean Ups FAQs

Can't see your question? Send us the job details and we'll get back to you.

Do you take asbestos?

No. Asbestos and hazardous materials need a licensed removalist. We’ll happily clear everything else once that’s done.

Can you do regular site visits?

Yes. We can schedule weekly or as-needed visits for the length of a build.

Do you clean before handover?

Yes — we do pre-handover clean ups so the site is tidy and ready to hand over.

Can you clean up during the build, not just at the end?

Yes. Clearing waste at the end of each stage keeps the site safer and makes the final clean much quicker.

Do you work for owner-builders?

Yes. Owner-builders, builders, trades and homeowners renovating all use us.

Can you remove waste from inside the frame?

Yes. We collect from inside the build, the yard and the verge, so it doesn’t all have to be moved to one spot first.
