A vacated property full of leftover furniture and rubbish costs landlords money every day it sits empty. We clear it fast so you can re-let.
Tenants moving out can use us too — get the yard and the junk sorted before your final inspection.
For property managers
Send us the address and access details and we’ll take it from there, with photos when it’s done. One contact for rubbish, gardens and small fixes.
What we usually find at a vacate
Every vacated rental is different, but the same things come up again and again: an old couch or mattress left in a bedroom, rubbish bags in the carport, boxes on the balcony, a shed full of whatever didn’t fit in the moving truck, and a yard that hasn’t been mowed or weeded in months.
We deal with all of it in one visit wherever possible. That means the property can be photographed and re-listed sooner, and the owner isn’t paying for a vacant property while a list of different contractors is booked in one by one.
For tenants moving out
If you’re the one moving out, a tidy yard and an empty shed go a long way at the final inspection. Book us for the junk and the garden, and focus your time on the move itself.
Working alongside your other contractors
End-of-lease turnarounds often involve a cleaner, a carpet cleaner and sometimes a painter as well. We’re happy to fit our work around theirs — usually going in first to clear rubbish and furniture so the cleaners have a clear run — and we’ll coordinate timing with the property manager so nobody is waiting on anyone else.
